Who We Are
Dickson-Schaefer, Ltd., is a structural engineering consulting firm that specializes in the investigation and repair of existing buildings, forensic investigations, and specialty structural design services.
Our mission is to provide our clients with timely, cost-effective solutions to their building problems.
We believe this is accomplished by thoroughly investigating the issue in order to correctly diagnose the cause of the problem. This requires keeping an open mind with regard to all possibilities and using our experience and technical knowledge of structural behavior and material properties to evaluate the problem.
We strive to effectively communicate our findings to our clients to ensure that they thoroughly understand the path we followed to arrive at our conclusions.
